Assaf brings with him nearly two decades in leadership positions in the mobile and telecom arenas. He has broad experience at well-established, international companies such as Comverse and Alvarion, coupled with mileage at start-ups and as an entrepreneur. Assaf’s expertise lies in, among other areas, business development, business strategy, and international sales. Assaf holds a B.A. degree in psychology and management from Tel Aviv University.
Nitzan Ben Zvi
Nitzan, a veteran at Radyoos, joined the company in 2011, developing and refining the company’s products and services. With over two decades in the fields of software development and R&D, Nitzan has been closely involved in many innovative projects covering a wide spectrum of technological challenges. Nitzan’s areas of expertise include software development, integration, mobile devices, embedded systems, software architecture and design, product and project management.
VP Marketing and Business Development
Orly joined Radyoos in 2013. She is responsible for all media and content activity, building relationships. Orly has more than a decade of experience in traffic monetization and business development initiatives in cooperation with top industry partners. She has held management roles at DSNR and Matomy (LSE: MTMY), leading Israeli digital advertising networks. Orly holds a B.A. degree in management and economics from the University of Haifa.

Roy Zisapel is a co-founder of Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR). Roy has been Radware’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since its foundation in April 1997. Together with Amiad Solomon, Roy founded Raydoos Media in 2011. Roy holds a B.S. degree in mathematics and computer science (summa cum laude) from Tel Aviv University, where he was awarded the International Wolf Prize for research students.
A hi-tech entrepreneur, Amiad has been at the leading edge of new developments, working constantly to provide innovative Internet products. Amiad currently serves as Radyoos chairman. He is also is a past board member of the Software and Information Industry Association. Previously, Amiad was a venture partner at Sequoia Capital. In 2006, he founded and was CEO of Peer39, the inventor of real time semantic and context-based ad targeting.
